What are your opening hours?

Mon- Thurs: 9am - 8pm Friday: 9am - 7pm Saturday: 10am - 5pm The last sunbed slot is always 30 minutes before closing.
How many minutes do I have on my account?

You can find out how many minutes you have left on your account by checking your online account or contacting the salon on 01543 578375.
How do I access my online account?

If you click "Log In" on the menu bar, it will take you to our log in screen. If you already know the details, log in there using your email and PIN. If you've been to us before but haven't used the online system before, click the link underneath saying "Existing customer? Set up your PIN here!" and follow the instructions. If you are a new customer that has never been to us before, click the "Register Now" button.
Do you have any offers on?

Any regular offers can be found on our pricing page. All special offers will be displayed in the salon and on our Facebook & Instagram pages, so make sure to keep an eye out! :)
How often can I use the sunbeds?

You must always leave a minimum of 24-48 hours between sunbed sessions, depending on your skin type. To build a tan we usually recommend 2-3 sessions per week. To maintain we usually recommend 1-2 sessions per week. If you aren't sure on your skin type, ask a member of staff and they can advise you. Always give yourself enough time before an event or holiday to tan so you don't have to rush.
How long should I go on for?

If you are new to the sunbeds or it has been a while since you have been on, we recommend starting with 6-8 minutes, depending on your skin type and then gradually building it up from there.
